Villa Bungadesa rates are subject to an additional 10% VAT + 5% service charge.

According to avaibility, we rent the Villa per bedroom, only on last minute (10 days before).
The guests will still enjoy the privacy of the entire villa, all to themselves,
because we accept only one booking at any given time.

Accommodation Rates are inclusive of:
•Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out).
•Refreshments and welcome drink upon your arrival at the villa.
•Fruits basket.
•Free wireless, speedy (ADSL) internet connection
• Six seat new model air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver available for US$ 50 per day.

Check In & Check Out Times:

CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 AM
•Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available as long as the Villa does not have quests arrinving on that day.
•Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charge at 50% of the full nightly rate.
• Every room is based upon 2 persons. Extra guests will be charged at $50 USD per person per night.

Reservation Guarantee, Cancellation & No Show Policy

•All reservations must be confirms with a 50% deposit within 7 days after booking is confirmed.
• Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
